GOALPARA, June 16 - The District and Session Judge court has sentenced 12 persons to life imprisonment on Friday in connection with the murder of Abdul Wahab who was killed following a violent incident on July 8, 2008 Govindapur. Three other accused have been acquitted.
The court of District and Session Judge P Buragohain after hearing arguments from the defence and the prosecution sides held them guilty of murder under various sections of IPC.
