DIBRUGARH, Nov 23 � One Akbar Hussain died on the spot after some explosive device went off beneath a truck at the weekly Rajgarh market around 6.30 pm this evening.
Twenty one injured persons have been brought to the Assam Medical College and Hospital here for treatment. A few others were given first aid at Rajgarh PHC.
Police are yet to ascertain whether the explosion was that of a IED or a grenade, even as an investigation has begun. Rajgarh is about 45 km from Dibrugarh.
