IMPHAL, Feb 5 � One person was killed while another sustained serious injury when a powerful bomb suspected to be an improvised explosive device exploded in Kasom Khullen area in Ukhrul district of Manipur today.
The blast took place when two villagers were passing an area between Khunthok and Tarong village about 70 km east of Imphal in a motorcycle around 1 pm today, official sources said.
